ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዐቢይ አሕመድ እና ከፍተኛ የመንግሥት አመራሮች ኢትዮጵያን በመረጃ ላይ የተመሠረተ የልማት መጻኢ ዕድል የሚያሳየው፤ ''በመረጃ ሉዓላዊነት ለፖሊሲ ነፃነት'' ብሔራዊ ጉባኤ ላይ የቀረቡ የብሔራዊ ዕቅድ እና ስታቲስቲክስ ዳሽቦርዶች (የመረጃ መከታተያ ሰሌዳዎች) እና ኤግዚቢሽን ያደረጉት ጉብኝት።
